Madhu : When I started my journey, I was in absolute darkness. I felt that I would never be happy again. All that I resonated with was LOVE. I always wanted someone else to love me, because I did not love myself and I didn’t know how to love myself. All that I wanted to do was to curl up like a fetus and remain inside the womb and never be born.
This was not and is not practical. Only healing myself liberated me from the pain of separation. And the transformation started to happen externally as well. I found my answers to the questions I’d been asking myself ”Who am I?”, and “Why am I here?” “Who is my Twin Flame?”. I had overcome hell of blocks just by healing myself and integrating my choices in self Love with my coaches.

Valentina : I felt a deep, yearning and aching within me, a very deep desire in my heart to find my Twin Flame. I would read and watch all content possible about Twin Flames, but still I knew I wasn’t yet on the right path. I desperately wanted to heal. Before coming across Jeff & Shaleia, any spiritual teachers whose content I would come across would talk about how One needs to heal themself. I didn’t know how to heal and they would passionately speak of healing but did not show the way how to heal. I wanted to heal myself. So, I asked myself, how can I heal myself? And all that I was looking for was revealed by and taught by Jeff & Shaleia. And you may ask, what is this powerful healing tool that I am so enthusiastic about? This tool completely propelled me into my ascension. This tool is called the Mirror Exercise. You may ask yourself what the purpose of the Mirror Exercise is. What the Mirror Exercise does is it allows you to heal all of your patterns which are out of alignment with Love. In carrying out the Mirror Exercise related to any feeling of upset that arises, that feeling of upset is simply a layer of ego rising to the surface to be healed and released. The Mirror Exercise allows you to heal and release that layer of ego. And with each layer of ego that you heal and release, the closer and closer you come to Divine Love & Peace, the closer you come to God.
Your Twin Flame is your Divine counterpart, your soul’s essence, Your Twin Flame has the same soul blueprint as you, it is your soul. And within your soul is the Divine Masculine energy and the Divine Feminine energy. Your Twin Flame is you. And through your internal connection to your Twin Flame, you are experiencing a connection with yourself, your Divine self, your connection to God. As you heal and release your upsets, you are simultaneously healing your blocks to a physical union with your Twin Flame, your Divine counterpart, who was created by God for you, and only you. You were created as One, together, to exist together for all eternity. I healed the blocks to my Twin Flame Union. The more I healed myself, the more I could recognise my Divine self, and I was finally able to recognise him, my Twin Flame, my Divine Masculine in my external reality. He too, was healing using the Mirror Exercise learned from our beloved guru Jeff & Shaleia. The moment I recognised my Divine self, and God in myself, was the moment I recognised God in my Divine Masculine Twin Flame, Madhu. YES, we healed everything in unconditional self love. We are thankful to all the support that we received from our coaches in Twin Flames Universe. When we look back, We really don’t feel any connection with the OLD us. Layer by Layer of ego of our old self has been released, and we grounded more and more into self Love with God.
